Abstract:

How influences the teachers’ domain their contents research was the purpose of this project at "Yanahurco" Elementary School because it is a main factor when it comes to teaching, so it is very important the teacherscontent mastery application to improve the teaching-learning process at Educational Institution: on the pedagogical foundation on contents to the curriculumelements was based it, developing methodologies based on study circles to improve the teaching performance and its relation with the Learning standards, for this reason we design data collection strategies for analysis and interpretation at the researchdevelopment. The quantitative research was applied because it provides data that allows a teaching workoverview. The inductive, analytical and scientific methods wereapplied, to get information efficiently. Which the teachers do not dominate content completely, which makes their professional work difficult, and the training is not permanent, so that teachers are outdated and at the time of PCI planning All teachers have participated because they have no knowledge in all areas, were the obtained results.
