Domotic application for the monitoring and control of residential electrical loads
Abstract:
In this paper is explained the design of a smart home application for the control and monitoring of residential electrical loads. For this we will make a hybrid application that is the union of a web application and a native application. In the monitoring of this application will be observed the voltage, energy consumed, power and the time in which the measurement was made, also allow us to verify the consumption in dollars of energy. The control will allow us to turn on and off the circuit of luminaires, outlets and special circuits. The application will have an energy limit system, where the administrator of the application can set a monthly limit of energy that wants to consume. The application will allow you to observe a graph of the power and the energy consumed. The final device consists mainly of a Raspberry Pi 2 model B, a resistive touch screen, an arduino nano. The Raspberry Pi will controled the circuits and the arduino nano will realize the acquisition of voltage and current and the calculation of power and energy consumed.
