Downsizing y su Relación con el Clima Organizacional en las Medianas Empresas de la Provincia Del Guayas
Abstract:
Analyzing the relationship between the independent variable downsizing and the dependent variable organizational climate in the medium-sized companies established in the province of Guayas, The type of research was quantitative with a correlational scope, the applied design was non-experimental-transverse. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of 27 items raised in a manner and with a Likert scale.
