Dynamic businesses in ecuador: Success factors and entrepreneurial competencies

Abstract:

Using the information from 150 Ecuadorian entrepreneurs, we explore the existence of dynamic enterprises, their success factors and distinguishing characteristics of the entrepreneurs. Also, applying a logistic regression analysis we built a model to explain the entrepreneurial dynamism in Ecuador. Results show the importance of consultants and colleagues' support, the business plan and networking. © 2009 de Cladea.
