Dynamization of community tourism in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

Abstract:

Community tourism worldwide has evolved to the point of becoming the principal foreign exchange earner for enhancing the economy of a country, in this case of the Ecuadorian Amazon. The performance of community tourism through the application of surveys of closed type was diagnosed. The sample was selected intentionally to 105 householder's way, so technically it is considered a nonprobabilistic sample. It is concluded, the communities in the Amazon region have the conditions to boost community tourism, and we need the support of the central and provincial governments.
