Adopción e implementación del voto extraterritorial en Sudamérica

Abstract:

The extension of external voting right in South America has increasingly proliferated from 1990 until today. This paper will analyze the adoption and implementation of the external voting in the region from 1990 until 2016. In this paper I identify possible relations between the adoption and implementation of the external voting with institutional, economic, cultural and political variables. The research design is descriptive and longitudinal as well as has a quantitative approach.
