EVALUATION OF THE PERCEPTION OF THE LABORING ENVIRONMENT IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract:

The objective of this paper tries to know some factors of the laboring environment of the students of the nocturnal time of the Commercial engineering career of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, using a descriptive and exploratory methodology and as instrument, the survey. The results showed a divided opinion regarding the environment in their companies and the influence of their managers in the laboring environment of their organizations.
