Abstract:

The rapid and profound technological transformation carried out at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of XXI, especially in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), establishes new challenges in higher education institutions that will enable them to demonstrate the effectiveness of Their efforts to improve learning and teaching through ICT.
