Economic and social impact of microfinance in vulnerable populations of Tungurahua, Ecuador

Abstract:

Microfinance has become an important alternative for people with lower incomes and who are excluded from the traditional financial system. The research is developed with the purpose of presenting a procedure that allows to evaluate the economic and social impact generated by microfinance in vulnerable populations. The research is qualitative-quantitative and is taken as a sample of people who accessed the microcbkp_redit to which a survey for the impact evaluation is applied.
