Ecotourism as a key factor for sustainable economic development in the province of El Oro

Abstract:

The article aims to establish the key factors that allow the sustainable economic development of ecotourism in the province of El Oro, for which the diagnosis of current tourist behaviors was carried out, identifying the need to generate alternative tourism, in addition to presenting the experiences of the implementation of Ecotourism in other latitudes, evidencing the decision to carry out this modality of tourism, which should be used in the generation of income that becomes sustainable and sustainable development, proposing as implementation strategies the planning, organization, execution and control of public policies that jointly tax the execution of ecotourism as a key factor for the development of the province of El Oro.
