Ecuadorian foreign policy and agenda setting: A look at return migration

Abstract:

The research studies the Ecuadorian foreign policy agenda from the political agenda of the Ecuadorian State, during the first semester of 2018, through the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility. Be part of the analytical method, with a mixed methodology and a preponderance of the quantitative approach. The results show that human mobility, seen from a broad and integral perspective, continues to be an important issue on the political agenda, but not the return migration.
