Afectación de plomo en los trabajadores del área de mantenimiento de la Empresa Metalmecánica Seysu S.A. en el año 2013. Evaluación y diagnóstico del grado de exposición de plomo en la sangre de los trabajadores.

Abstract:

The present survey details the degrees of risks and health protection of workers at a metalworking Seysu S.A company. it was conducted by this study,and it was observed that a large proportion of employees had a „labor of absenteeism‟ in 2013. Which caused an economic loss for the company, it was also furthered analyzed the main causes for this were the harmful effects of lead in the blood, and the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations in present metalworking environment. Most job workers in this field of work are often exposed to an exuberant amount of lead (Pb). This is because of weding and handling Pb materials. Due to futher analysis, it was able to be concluded that there are considerably high amounts of this component concentration in the blood(39ug/dl). Proving that there are high amonts of lead that are found in the blood, eventually, test will have to be done periodically to the employees, and be able to constantly and continuously keep the work environment clean in addition to having lead. This also includes other gases found in the workplace, equipment such as smoke extractors for the completion of this work.This will be taken into account in the production and use of necessary equipment, which has a variable cost of $ 15,000 per year, will be implemented, the present of this finding is an increase to avoid significant risks to workers health and overall wellbeing.
