Abstract:

This project was developed to help the growth of micro, with the object to design a commercial and distribution plan for the panela. The development of the project consists in the determination of the actual situation of operating productive units of panela and the market study to be distributed. The purpose of this thesis is to present an introduction to the knowledge of the production, marketing and distribution of powdered panela “LA PAMPA” that will be useful regardless of field of interest for agribusiness development in the country. The product launch Panela powder to the consumer market in Quito city with its primary market niche in the south of the city and then to different cities of Ecuadorian highlands, to identify to what kind of market belongs Panela powder product according to the number and size of buyers and sellers, also recognize its importance and influence in the economic and technological development of the Ecuadorian people….
