Education and managemet in post-pandemic times


Abstract:

The advent of the COVID 19 pandemic has disrupted education and its management. The search for continuity of teaching in educational institutions has been the main challenge assumed by such organizations. The objective of this work is to analyze the dimensions of education and its management from a theoretical-empirical perspective in the post-pandemic framework. The results show the validity of constructivist educational postulates and the presence of educational management trends such as the increase in interaction between educational actors, the positioning of the family as a subject of education and the increase in own educational content prepared by teachers. It is concluded that one of the main changes has been the deepening of the virtuality of educational management that offers new horizons of interpretation to pedagogical theoretical positions.
