Education, science and knowledge culture for the development of social computerization technologies


Abstract:

This work reflects the integration of the contributions of education, science and knowledge culture considered as basic foundations that activate the development of social computerization technologies, which are manifested in the strategic will of the state, away from spontaneity and improvisation. It reaffirms the imperative need to dynamize this process as a way that reinforces the teleological dimension of the state in the scope of the general welfare of the population.
