Abstract:

The descending arrow technique Cognitive behavioral, serves to inquire about the core beliefs, and try to arrive at the identification of the basic belief, the same one that will be investigated in function to the patient to obtain a positive change, in reference to the experience that he lived, which allows you to generate a different reading, not only about your past, but depending on the present and the future, in our context there is little research related to this topic, for this purpose a quantitative approach research has been proposed, with an experimental design . The sample will be taken mainly from a private center in the city of Quito. For this purpose, we take into account patients who are poly consumers of male psychoactive substances between 18-30 years of age.
