Efecto de tres distancias de siembra de dos híbridos de pimiento Capsicum annum L.


Abstract:

It was conducted this experiment during the dry season of 2015 Vainillo area on the premises of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the University of Guayaquil, which belongs to Canto El Triunfo, Guayas Province. The objectives were: 1) To determine the effect of three planting distances in the performance of two hybrid pepper; 2) Select the best combination of treatments evaluated; 3) Carry out an economic analysis of the treatments under study. The factors studied were two hybrid and three planting distances, use a randomized block design (RCBD), agronomic variables for comparison of treatment means the multiple range test of Duncan was used at 5% probability was measured. The conclusions taken from this research were: 1) had a hybrid pepper agronomic performance nearly equal to the variables: plant height, stem diameter, number of fruits per plant, fruit diameter; 2) The variables significantly influenced respondents and planting distance were: days to flowering, fruit length and yield; 3) The hybrid Salvador with the combination of 0.40mx 0.70 m distance was the best combination for performance de13270 kg / ha, being superior to all others. More high average number of fruits per plant three crops, according to what was observed in the first harvest significant differences in varieties where Salvador stood out with lower production of 4.67 units and Marconi, with 3.62 units in the second harvest Salvador was determined with 5.75 units lower production and Marconi, with 4.47 units of the third harvest is determined again that the hybrid Salvador was the highest production with production of 6.76 units lower and Marconi, with 5.50 units. In the performance comparatively it shows that the hybrid produces more than Marconi Salvador. In planting distances on the practice of planting out 70 cm x 40 cm, presents a better performance.
