Efectos de la aplicación de la Ordenanza Municipal Nº 138 y la Resolución 001-DMMA-2007 del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito en Lavadoras y Lubricadoras ubicadas en el Cantón Quito Parroquia Calderón (Año 2017 – 2018).

Abstract:

The present investigation has been carried out with the purpose of determining the Effects of the Application of the Municipal Ordinance Nº 138 and the Resolution 001-DMMA-2007 of the Metropolitan District of Quito in Washing Machines and Lubricators located in the Canton Quito parish of Calderón (Year 2017 - 2018). For the development of this study were used: The deductive method through surveys and interviews with owners or managers of this type of business in the sector; the analytical method to establish the variables that determine levels of compliance with the regulations; and, the systematic method to analyze the results of the surveys. Likewise, some principles and XI guidelines of the Environmental Audit were used to analyze and interpret the Risk Management Indicators and the Compliance Matrices, determining a Cause - Effect relationship based on the level of compliance with the Legal Regulations. Finally, establish the important conclusions and recommendations that will help and encourage in this type of economic activities, the implementation of environmental improvement actions in order to mitigate the current problems in the Metropolitan District of Quito.
