Efectos de la sincronización del celo y ovulación con prostaglandina (PGF2 a) y PMSG en vacas mestizas brown swiss, con ternero al pie, manejadas al sogueo en Limón Indanza
Abstract:
This present research was done in the Morona Santiago province, canton Limon Indanza, parish Indanza , in San Rafael Area. The objective was to determine the effect of the equine serum gonadotropin about the follicular development in a p applied on the zero day and eleven (500ug of cloprostenol) in mestiza Brown Swiss cows , which were with a low corporal contexture, controlled with ropes, with their calf next to them. The evoluti day 13 and 14 of the protocol was evaluated by an echography. Some blood exemplars were taken to obtain the levels of estradiol and progesterone in the days 0, 3, 11, 13, 14. For the research 20 Brown Swiss m low corporal contexture (1,5 baby cows grown next to their mothers, cows controlled by ropes and which were fed by gramalote ( groups of ten cows each one. With the information, a data was created by us to apply the statistics design considered by the informatics system, Minitab. After doing the statistics analysis in the present research, we could not get statistics significant results in the evaluation of the size of the follicle of the days 13 and 14, neither in the levels of estrogens and progesterone. However, we consider this result is joined to the lack of sensibilization of the ovaries before the us supervision of this type of animals. León Palomeque re-establish process, where two doses of protaglandina were evolution of the size of the follicle between the mestiza cows were used which were with a 1,5-2.25)on a scale of 5, with a rate of five liters of milk, Axonopusscoparius). These animals were divided in two usage of the prostaglandin, and the system of the IV on estiza , s age
