Efectos económicos y sociales de las franquicias en el Ecuador

Abstract:

This research makes a deep analysis of the economical and social effects of the franchises in Ecuador, analyzing topics like the types of franchises, their characteristics, their origins and their importance in Ecuador and other countries; This research also study the legal matters of the franchise contract as well as the laws of this contract in Ecuador and Latin America. Besides in this research we make a complete analysis of the relation between the different areas like labor law and intellectual property with the franchises in Ecuador and the jobs that the franchises provide in Ecuador and other countries. This thesis also makes an statistical research of the money an economy that the franchises creates in Ecuador and other countries also how the brands operate inside the franchise contract.
