Agilidad versus seguridad en la constitución de compañías vía proceso simplificado

Abstract:

This research work focuses especially on revealing which of the principles of the law between the Legal Security and Agility in the process is prevailing within the Regulation Simplified Process of Constitution and Registration of Companies published in the Official Gazette Supplement 278 of June 30 of 2014, analyzing on the basis of different authors, the main shortcomings, the contradictions that they have with the hierarchically superior hierarchically superior, which entails a conclusion of the lack of security that implies for the users, and third parties, besides recommending the alternatives that they have to be taken into account so that the procedure regulated by this Regulation is agile and protected for the people that need to use it.
