Effects of customer relationship management on student satisfaction in higher education


Abstract:

This study reflects upon the effects of customer relationship management in the satisfaction of the higher level student. In order to achieve this, we do a bibliographical revision of the Springer Journals, JSTOR Journals, Academic google and the ScienceDirect database. The attained results contribute to a vision which prioritizes the importance of satisfying the students thru employing tools that are intuitive, familiar to them, user-friendly and easy to adopt, all in service of this type of client in the universities.
