Agrotechnology: Analysis of the Services Offered by Mobile Applications for the Agronomic Control of Orchards

Abstract:

Home gardens or small orchards are an appropriate alternative for families to produce and consume fresh and healthy products at low cost for a balanced diet [1]. In these days, households in several sectors of the country have chosen to build their gardens in community, to cover the need for food, as well as to become a savings mechanism due to the benefits that its production generates. However, the lack of knowledge regarding the requirements and care involved in making a garden, make many families lose their plantations or prefer to avoid doing so [2]. Nowadays, computer applications are used in many areas, likewise mobile phones have become an essential device. Technology has also proven to be immersed in agriculture, playing an increasingly important role, helping us to automate and take care of it, also helping to mitigate the inconvenience in the care and control of community gardens. The present work proposes to carry out an analysis of the services offered by mobile applications for the agronomic management of orchards and the impact that Agrotechnology generates in the control of community gardens.
