El Emprendimiento Social como promotor de empleo autónomo en la cooperativa Los Vergeles, Guayaquil-Ecuador. Año 2015-2020

Abstract:

The objective of this research project was to analyze the socioeconomic impact of Social Entrepreneurship (SE) as an alternative that generates new self-employment opportunities within the Los Vergeles cooperative in the city of Guayaquil, with the premise of determining whether SE provides the essential characteristics to promote employment, The premise was to determine whether the SE provides the essential characteristics to promote employment, generate an adequate income, distribute income equitably and promote environmental care, which is why a descriptive methodology of non-experimental design was used based on longitudinal and cross-sectional studies with qualitative and quantitative approaches, achieving with them the collection of documentary information from two sources, The first of several periods to establish the impact generated by the EP over time and the second to collect data on a single occasion in time to determine the impression of the citizen who lives in the sector with respect to the ES and to know what alternatives could be promoted to strengthen the entrepreneurial activity in the sector, for this purpose documentary research techniques were used, interviews and surveys, where data were collected from official sources and a sample of 118 people for the surveys and 2 people for the interview, obtaining as a result that the SE allows generating solid income, offering emerging employment opportunities while respecting nature and motivating people to venture into this opportunity to promote autonomous and sustainable employment.
