Abstract:

To analyze the productive model of ASOMANDEC is a social entrepreneurship which produces handmade products of the textile sector, legalized before the Superintendent of Popular and Solidarity Economy, Forty women artisans with experience in development of clothing are part of it. The objective of this work is to consolidate the model using techniques, utilizing systematic deployment processes and organized that would permit it to offer quality products in order to position the mark; the internal organization of the undertaking in the short and long term will allow its expansion. The products are focused on established market segments: women Twenty-five to forty years, children and adolescents, officials of public and private institutions. The production is in series or custom, especially in tissues to hand that can be developed under specific requirements of the customer. One of the main clients is the state through its Program Spinning Development. ASOMANDEC account with the institutional support of the MIES, IEPS, Private Technical University of Loja as strategic allies to manage, market and strengthen the undertaking.
