El clima organizacional y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los empleados en el área de producción de chocolate de la empresa El Salinerito


Abstract:

The executives of the companies consider important to find a good level in the organizational climate and be favorable in order that the workers to share good moments while to realize his work. The good relations, the teamwork and to have a good communication is a motive of a good labor performance. Was observed that in the area of production of chocolate of the company "Salinerito" a low performance existed in the organizational climate and labor performance with this we have with aim determine if between these two variables it exists a relation it is because of it that appeared the following questioning one which is the relation of the organizational climate and the labor performance of the employees of the area of production of chocolate of the company "Salinerito"? This developed with the conjecture that if a significant link exists between the climate organization and labor performance in the area of production of chocolate of the company "Salinerito". The population belonged 46 workers of the area of production before mentioned with a design of transverse, not experimental investigation and correlational. The instrument that was used in the questionnaire was 15 Items for every variable 30 in total, with I dress well of teachers of the University of Guayaquil expert in the topic one determined that the instrument is valid with 95 % and to = .940 it is the coefficient Cronbach's alpha where I check an excellent reliability for both variables.
