El comportamiento del consumidor final y del cliente intermedio de colchones en la provincia de Cotopaxi
Abstract:
The present research project aims to analyze the behavior of the final consumer and the intermediate mattress client in the province of Cotopaxi to identify the factors that intervene in the habits of consumption and acquisition of this type of product. In the investigation the behavior of the buyer of mattresses was analyzed through a survey directed to a sample of 196 final consumers and to identify the possible habits of acquisition of the local distributors of mattresses a survey was applied for a population of 63 clients Intermediates. The tabulation of the collected data was carried out in the IBM SPSS Statistics Base program, through which the analytical process was carried out. The research concludes that the factors that intervene in the behavior of the final consumer and the intermediate customer of mattresses are defined according to the preferences that these individuals present, in the case of the buyers their decision is influenced by the quality, Price, origin, brand and place where they purchase the mattress while for local distributors their acquisition behavior is related to the type of suppliers, origin and brand of the product as well as the way of payment of the goods they acquire to market it.
