El concurso preventivo, aplicación y efectos en el Ecuador

Abstract:

The study and Work on the "Concurso Preventivo" law in Ecuador, a very special and not very well known and applied matter in our country, it has been selected for this work, because since from the promulgation of the Law only eleven processes have been did by the Superintendence of Companies, of those, only in two processes they have been summed up favorably. For practice reasons, examples and entire process, it has been considered to this work the process for the company "Molinos La Unión", process that maintains a sequence inside the margins and parameters settled down in the Law of "La Ley de Concurso Preventivo" and their Regulation, being that, of the same one, it will be obtained in certain measure the demarcations characteristic of the stages of the Concordat, and, in additional form, the reader will be able to remove the conclusions on the application of this Law and the effects in our country.
