El gobierno escolar y su participación en la construcción del código de convivencia en la Unidad Educativa Ignacio Flores Hermano Miguel, parroquia Antonio José Holguín del cantón Salcedo, en el periodo lectivo 2014-2015
Abstract:
This research was meant to “Investigate the form of participation of the Government school in the construction of the Code of Coexistence”. The reason to research this problem was the empty that has visualized in the construction of the regulatory processes. The methodology that allowed discovering had been the Scientific method, because the exploration was born of a problem and obtained concrete results of the research and synthetic analytical method; the first in the analysis and interpretation of results and second in the description of the conclusions. The results show that there is active participation of the Government School in the construction of the Code of Coexistence, but not thus formulation of rules that regulate the articles of the Organic Law of Education, which provides norm at institutional level, according to the reality according. The fundamental contribution of this research work consist of the delivery of an array containing the rules that must regulate through the participatory construction of the educational community in the regulatory process institutional community in the regulatory processes institutional, provided for in the existing legislation, a substantial part of the code.
