El interés en los mecanismos de impugnación de los actos administrativos.

Abstract:

The legal relationship between the administered and the Public Administration has always been an object of study. Administrative acts issued by a competent authority, although they enjoy legitimacy and enforceability, may be challenged by whoever is empowered, either following an administrative procedure or by activating the judicial system. It will depend on the action that is presented or the procedure that is initiated, whether the administered holds a subjective right, or believes to have a legitimate interest. The present work aims to carry out an analysis of how this quality affects, so that the subject can act on the corresponding way, what are the consequences and what problems the current legislation presents regarding the processing of these challenges.
