El liderazgo educativo y el desempeño de directivos y docentes de la escuela 3 de Diciembre de Catacocha, durante el año 2016 – 2017

Abstract:

Education is the fundamental pillar of society, therefore, correct organization is paramount for the advancement of the institution, one of the factors that makes it possible to achieve the mission of education is to have leaders with leadership that guide the educational community to maintain a high level in the educational quality, in this consideration has been developed the present research work on the educational leadership and the performance of managers and teachers during the year 2016 - 2017, whose main objective is "To recognize the relationship that exists between management of the educational leadership of the authorities and the performance in the teachers ". This research was carried out in a school in the city of Catacocha in the canton of Paltas, with the participation of 28 education professionals. The present study is descriptive exploratory type, where to obtain the information was required of the technique of the survey, and that after the analysis it was evidenced that the limitations of relationship between the managers and teachers did not favor the good performance in the field of leadership.
