El nivel de inducción y su relación con la cultura organizacional en el Grupo Petrotech.
Abstract:
Investigation Project on Industrial Psychology, specifically about the relationship between the level of induction and organizational culture. The objective is to determine the level of induction and its relationship to organizational culture in Petrotech Group. The hypothesis states The level of induction and its relation to the organizational culture of Petrotech Group, theoretically supported in the theory of organizational learning task performance in Paul Muchinsky deatt in two chapters: induction and organizational culture. Joint Investigation, non-experimental and pre test application. Data collection was performed with a sample of 50 workers of Petrotech Group by applying the two instruments, the first one that was applied was a questionnaire to measure the level of employee induction and the other instrument applied was WENS test to know the company's organizational culture current status The results show that it exists a correlation between induction and organizational culture. With the recommendation that the induction process should be strengthened and constantly updated so that new employees can carry out their work effectively and adapt to the prevailing organizational culture, ensuring commitment to the organization.
