El plan de comunicación como estrategía organizacional.
Abstract:
The development of this academic article aims to demonstrate the communication planning and organizational strategy that strengthen business development and support the achievement of objectives. Communication is a vital tool for organizations, since any activity within these communicates. Communication to become a tool of strategic management must develop its procedures in a planned way and this can be done by implementing a communication plan that will generate political and communication to meet the needs of the organization strategies. Speaking of communication within organizations spanning several concepts including: Identity, Image, organizational culture, working environment needed to execute a process of communication that is the key to success for the company.
