El reconocimiento del talento humano y el éxito organizacional en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón San Pedro de Pelileo


Abstract:

This document takes under consideration the Study of the Recognition of Human Talent in the decentralized Autonomous government of San Pedro de Pelileo Township, In reference to the improvement of the organizational success and based on optimizing the performance evaluation subsystem with a program of labor recognition aimed at encouraging high performance and reward the officials commitment for carrying out a quality work. As Strategical business partners in the achievement of organizational goals and development of their life work quality. In the framework of this current research, it has been of great relevance the bibliographical contributions and documentaries based on theories and motivational experiences in the management of human talent quality in modern and inclusive organizations. Also validating the perception of 166 Civil servants that corresponds to the Representative sample of the total number of officials at the institution, In reference to the dimensions object of study, This analysis is based on statisticians and supported by a stadistics program called SPSS, with indicators such as: Cronbach Alpha in the 0,914 which demonstrates high reliability of the conducted survey, Adding the representativity of the analysis of the correlation variance of Pearson in 0,695, Which verifies the moderate correlation between the variables of human talent recognition and organizational success. With this premise, it is proposed a program of labor recognition pecuniary or not pecuniary. Which are incentives to the quality performance of the officials committed to the institutional mission, through a more objective performance evaluation that contributes in the long and short term On the basis of program effectiveness indicators improve the individual productivity and team work in the organization, Consequently it can re-power and enhance the competences of the human talent and indeed promote a nice environment of development and job stability with the aim of increasing the organizational success.
