El trabajo cooperativo, una estrategia para la atención a diferentes ritmos de aprendizaje


Abstract:

Although the scientific literature reports that the majority of the teachers acknowledged know about cooperative work and its benefits. However, at the moment of put into practice it has been created some difficulties. Because of the how cooperative work is implemented. It has been based only in the divisions in groups and selecting random activities to accomplish it. This completely disagrees with the origin and the objectives of cooperative work. Which are focus to improve and defeat some challenges including the diversity that we found in a classroom. Therefore, the purpose of this bibliographical study is to demonstrate bibliographically trough different studies. That the cooperative work is a strategy that prioritizes the attention and allows students who have different learning rhythms s to improve their learning. To aim the objective, a collection and analysis of bibliographic material is carried out. Also it’s going to be analyzed in three different aspects. First, the category of cooperative work is defined and characterized, in certain aspects such as the benefits of it, the structure of the groups etc. In addition to the role of the teacher and the student are considered. Second, according to the learning rhythms, the characteristics, typology, factors and influence in the educational process are highlighted. Finally, the two categories mentioned above are related to explain the aspects of cooperative work which contributes to the different learning rhythms. To sump it is concluded that cooperative work is a strategy that promotes the integration of students with different learning rhythms, which if it’s used appropriately contributes to children improving on a social, personal and academic level.
