Elaboración de un manual de procedimientos para el área de servicios de outsourcing contable y tributario de la empresa Globalmarmer S.A.

Abstract:

Outsourcing is a work approach where the outsourcing of a product or service is contracted for different purposes such as avoiding an increase in payroll, focusing the management of the company on substantial processes, restructuring and improving productivity, among others. In Ecuador, Outsourcing is applied to several non-strategic processes, such as the company GLOBALMARMER S.A. that provides the accounting, tax, auditing and training service, which has 14 years of experience in the market of the city of Guayaquil, however, in recent years it has experienced difficulties in providing its service, the delays being evident in the fulfillment of the delivery of the products, errors and other situations that have generated the complaint of the clients. Therefore, this research is oriented to the case study of this company, where information will be collected through techniques and instruments that express the current situation and then propose proposals to improve its organizational management.
