Abstract:

Engine reconditioning is a technical resource used widely in our country and that allows us to recover the life of an engine because of the advanced time of work has suffered, and not in optimal conditions and that may cause discomfort to the user of a vehicle.This work is developed by unifying three important parts of the labor organization which by rule should get everything right engine workshop, the technique that has been studied and developed a manual of processes and procedures that could be used in any reconditioning workshop also involved the administrative part that applies in its development a total quality system which has emphasized industrial safety, efficiency of work, the efficiency in meeting the needs of customers and ultimately ensure that works are well done without being unnecessarily lost work time, accidents, rework and loss of money...
