Elaboración de un manual de reclutamiento y selección de personal por competencias para INDURAMA SA

Abstract:

Presently work carries out a recruitment manual and personnel's selection for the company Indurama CORP. Its was development under the focus of the labor competitions, that is working on the qualities that should have the candidates to occupy the different positions. To carry out this work we have based on the functional flowchart that at the moment this in validity in the company, we developed the functional map that consists on separate the functions of the company until arriving to each individual's functions. When having the flowchart and the functional map, we established the positions and the necessary competitions for each office, and this allowed to settle down politicians to be able to select from a correct way to the candidates so that they carry out their functions successfully, achieving this way a bigger productivity for the company.
