Elaboración de un manual de rutinas técnicas para la operación de la subestación chorrillos 500 kv.

Abstract:

The current investigation offers the elaboration of a guidebook with technical routines to operate The Chorrillos 500 kV Substation. The non-existence of information about the management of the different equipment with measurement instruments at the substation lead to the development of this guide. For the development of the guidebook, it was necessary a detailed and accurate technical evaluation of the equipment that have measurement instruments, the evaluation was carried out by means of a review of the manuals of the electrical equipment manufacturers. As a result of the evaluation, this will guarantee a successful equipment performance and it will ensure its proper operation and availability; besides this, a suitable analysis will help to avoid or to reduce the corrective maintenance of the different equipment at the substation. The guidebook was developed in two sections: The first section is the theoretical part; this contains the importance of having a technical guidebook, the corresponding principles, types, and the criteria for its development. The second part covers the physical evaluation, the review and analysis report of the periodical routines, to obtain the proper operational guide.
