Abstract:

The present research has the purpose of creating an Administrative Process for the tourist and recreational Complejo Santa Clara, situated at Santa Clara Canton, Pastaza Province, for this, it was necessary to do the work on that place for getting a primary information, then a secondary one. The first chapter analizes the present situation of the tourism and its influence for the development town, it has been done a situational diagnosis by identification of social, cultural, economic, tourist and environmental facts in the canton by matrixes PEST and FODA to identify the present internal and external factors of this Enterprise.
