Abstract:

Nowadays companies need to know which are their real competitive advantages, so these companies don’t be under the correct use of financial resources but for the application of quality standards such as ISO, which involve proper organization of functions and processes, control the result requirement of a system like the implementation of management indicators. This project wants to become in a methodological tool which must need to: monitoring, continuous monitoring, evaluation and analysis in order to comply with the requirements the content of ISO/ ICE 17065:2012 standard. It reflects simply what the environment where the study was developed; agrees to make and publicize the concept of certification process. Finally delves into the study of management indicators, referring to them from perspective contained in the Balance Scored focused on four components: the customer, internal learning business and financial, It proposes that the result is oriented to make decisions that do not affect these components , but the strengthening finding the weakness and turning them into strengths. In addition it considers that these indicators should foster the development of all processes efficiently and effectively, where the result will be guarantee the quality.
