Alternativemodels in theservice of teaching and bioethics in Veterinary Medicine


Abstract:

At present, has increased awareness by the academic community veterinary, plus government and private institutions, the inappropriate use of healthy animals for the acquisition of skills in different branches of these sciences, mainly in surgery. The purpose of this work was to present various experiences in the use of alternative models of education and its impact on the acquisition of skills, from simple to complex multimedia videos and models and simulators. It was concluded that these tools support the flexibility in learning, allowing students to repeat processes without suffering damage, contributing to their ethical and professional training.
