Abstract:

The present work has the general objective of designing the Recruitment, Selection, and Remuneration procedures, allowing the establishment of guidelines for the proper use, determining the tasks to be carried out and those responsible for them, which allows determining the needs of the organization that was the object of study regarding the management of human resources in the aforementioned dimensions.
