Elaboración un plan de negocio para crear un restaurante de almuerzos diarios saludables dirigidos a los empleados del parque empresarial colón y empresas Aledañas
Abstract:
The present business plan is focused in the creation of "Nere-Barb Restaurante", enterprise dedicated to the sale of healthy lunches, it's aimed to executives and / or employees that work in the Parque Empresarial Colón and surrounding companies. The creation of this restaurant is born for the need of this sector, insomuch as; it doesn't have a place where they can buy foods with the necessary health norms, good quality and comfortable place during the time of lunch. Once that the problem was identified, it was proceeded with the collection of information and data to know the viability of the business and this is checked through field research and techniques or research instruments such as the interview and the survey. The results could corroborated the need in the sector and the consumers’ willingness towards the positive change to a new place that meets their needs and requirement. Then of the investigation, the plan for the restaurant elaboration was drawn up and it is composed for the business description, marketing, administration, HR, production and financial analysis, where is defined the working capital, liquidity, projections and more details that help to the correct implementation. "Nere-Barb Restaurante" will seek to establish with full responsibility and commitment both for the consumer and for itself in the market studied, fulfilling with the pursued objectives, knowing that provide this service is decisive to culminate with the inconveniences that employees and / or executives of the Parque Empresarial Colón, concluding with the urgency and viability of this business.
