Abstract:

The present scientific research project was developed in the community "Barrio Lindo" of the city of Babahoyo whose objective was to identify the types of allergens that cause the origin of bronchial asthma in children (as) from 3 to 12 years of age. In the methodology was applied in inductive-deductive method, with a prospective, cross-sectional and non-experimental research modality because of not intervening, or manipulating the variables to be measured, data was taken according to their reality. The population of 28 children was taken and 45 girls in total 73 children (as) living in the community "Barrio Lindo" and suffering or have suffered from bronchial asthma, in the age group of 3 to 12 years. The results indicate that the most affected allergens are dust, mites and smokers and it is also determined that cohabiting in the home with domestic animals is preventing good management of the asthmatic crisis. Also the presence of bronchial asthma in this sector according to the respondents It has 60% genetic origins and are the most susceptible to contracting this disease, most of the inhabitants do not know the signs and symptoms prior to the disease, nor basic techniques of TR. So the totality of the respondents (100%) is totally in agreement to receive a familiar qualification in the community that allows them to know the beginnings, development and techniques of respiratory therapy to achieve in its children a good handling of the bronchial asthma and improve your quality of life.
