Elaboración y diseño de un manual de procedimientos para el área del taller de servicio automotriz

Abstract:

The development of this thesis is based and focused on the implementation and design of a procedures manual to be used as a guide for a workshop implementation and also, to be used as query in the scientific and bibliographic area of the Automotive Mechanics, school, in order to that any interested person can access to the complete information about implementation and automotive workshops requirements. This work has information about some local car brands in real facilities to support that it’s show in this thesis.
