Abstract:

This article describes the design and implementation of an electronic prototype of high availability, that would facilitate the residential Internet user to have and evaluate using an interface graphic description highly reliable and detailed network parameters as bandwidth is proposed, delay, jitter, throughput and service downtime without using a commercial network manager. This way you could make a comparison between the parameters offered by the local ISP that offers its services related to actual parameters that gives you. This information is real and statistics as it obtains 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be viewed from any terminal via web.
