Embedded human machine interface for flow control system
Abstract:
This paper presents the development of an intuitive and effective embedded Human Machine Interface (HMI) based in the ISA 101 standard that is responsible for monitoring the dynamic flow rate, this interface contains user levels, alarms and process trends, essential interfaces in the automatic control of processes. In order to get reliable results, performance tests are made on the automatic flow control under different parameters, simultaneously the interaction between the user and the process is verified in real time with the different screens developed along the entire test.
