Employment of saccharomyces cervisiae in diets for poultry of feeding
Abstract:
The production of poultry is very related with the use of modern technologies and great quantity of cereals. The objective of this work was to evaluate productive indicators of chickens of it feeds when including in the diet Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The work was carried out in the State Technical University of Quevedo, Ecuador, located in the 1° 3' 18 of south latitude and 79°25' 24" of longitude west. 160 chickens were used. The disinfection of the e cages. They lodged eight birds for cage and the food was given ad libitum. The variables consumption, the gain of weight and the nutritious conversion were evaluated (AC). For the economic analysis they registered all the revenues and the relationship benefit costsettled down. A design was used totally at random (DCA) with five treatments that consisted in 0, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 g of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, with five repetitions. Was carried out an analysis of variance of simple classification. The stockings were compared with the test of multiple ranges of Tukey, using the system Statistic Version 8 for Windows. The results showed that the differences among the treatments for the consumption appear to the 35 days of it feeds, in the case of the gain of weight at the 42, with the biggest values when using 1000 g. however, for the nutritious conversion it didn't show differences. It concluded that the productive indicators increased when being used Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
