Abstract:

The objective of this research is to demonstrate the abilities and potential of people with visual disabilities of the members of the Center for Special Popular Education of the Association of the Non-Seers of Imbabura and the proposals of undertakings developed by the students of the Business Administration Course of Uniandes Ibarra. For the development of the research, a census was conducted through a survey applied to the 58 adult members of the Center for Specialized Popular Education of Imbabura. In addition, a sample of 351 inhabitants of the city of Ibarra was surveyed to gather information about the support they would offer to entrepreneurships of blind people.
